MP4-12C Essential Options + Servicing

What are the essential options that an MP4-12C 'must' have?

Can someone also enlighten me on the service intervals and service costs.

Service is every 12 months, 1 and then a 2
First service is £1200 and looking at double for year 2!!

Options seem varied but sports exhaust/stealth kit seem to be popular along with the lightweight wheel options.
The new IRIS will possibly play a part in the future- it is rather good I'm pleased to say.

Lightweight wheels, sports exhaust, IRIS & Meridien sounds goes without saying. Carbon interior is nice but no need to overdo it and spend £20k on everything being carbon, eg sills, engine bay, diffuser etc too OTT and never worth anymore on 2nd hand market.
My preference would be leather and alcantara centered seats

2nd service is 1800 quid and loads of stuff is replaced including the wheels nuts.
