Unfortunately my rear nearside indicator has stopped functioning, so at just before 9pm last night i sent an email to one of the technicians at McLaren Birmingham.

I didn't expect a response until the next day but an hour later he emailed back with details of something i should check.

I duly responded at just gone 10pm and at 11pm received an apology that the car would need to go in to be looked at, but as he didn't have the workshop diary at home i'd need to wait until the morning.

No apology was needed as i hadn't expected a response until the following day anyway.

WELL DONE McLaren Birmingham for exceeding my expectations, in complete contrast to one of the other dealerships that fell so far short!

My nearest dealer is in the South East, but having failed to reply to a technical problem (we are very busy, can someone call you back, no one calls you back, etc) I called Birmingham and it was all cleared up in no time.

I know where I'm going for my next service!

Hi there, I am looking for a Mclaren owner who lives near Worcester in the Midlands.

My wife is 35 in April 3rd and as a birthday surprise I would like her to be picked up in a Mclaren and taken for a 20 min spin as a passenger. Just a drive round the block really nothing more.

She is a real Mclaren nut! and I know it would really make her day.
