I need one of these and understand that they are a CTEK rebadged so if correct, which CTEK model?

They are rebadged chargers but make sure the one you get is compatible with the Lithium lightweight battery used in the Mac. Ruining the battery will be very expensive....replacement batteries are a couple of grand.

Same enquiry here. Can anyone comment if this needs any additional wires or hw this should be connected to the car?

That looks like the model I used on my 650s. I bought it on amazon and it worked very well. Plugged it into the 12v in the frunk. The title of mine if you want to search it on amazon is:
“CTEK 40-003 8 Stage Multi Function Smart Charger for Lithium XS, 12 V, 5 A”

Small point but if you're storing outside make sure your CTEK has a boost for freezing temperatures.
