Need to fit new rubber to my 12C and the car is still covered under the extended McLaren warranty.

I am looking to get confirmation that fitting Michelin Pilot Sport 4S's instead of the factory fit P-Zero's will NOT invalidate my warranty but I can't get a straight answer.

What is McLaren's current stance on this?

I have PS4S and extended warranty. I have had no issues, but in fairness I have no need for warranty, because I have had 1 water pump and 1 door lock in almost 3 years of ownership.

The PS4S are night and day difference, get them and invest in 12mm spacers and longer bolts, the squarer shoulders can (but not always) rub on the arch liner.

It's an Audi bolt pattern wheel spacer that will work on the Mclaren. You can get them from H/R or any decent TUV approved german Audi tuner and don't go much more than 10mm if at all.

I personally had no issue renewing the warranty or making a claim on supersports then Cup2s previously.
