Went out in the car today and as normal the DAB was st so switched to FM and that worked ok ie we could listen to a whole song! But when we got back in the car and selected the radio it came up “no tuner found”? Any advice please. Ps i turned the car off and set the alarm hoping it would re boot but still nothing!

I’ve had this on my car on 2 or 3 occasions, it has resolved itself next time it was turned on.

As a different option if you’re desperate for the radio, you can stream the radio through an app through your phone, not ideal but it does work

I've had this happen occasionally. Just re-start the IRIS by holding down the home button for 10 sec or so. Can do this while driving as well.

+1. I resort to this in the 720 for the DAB.

I had this, restarted on a hard reboot, as said above you need to hold the big button down, and keep it pressed down (more like 45 seconds than 10).

Eventually this solution stopped working and the 'tuner' was replaced under warranty.

Yep, I think holding it down for a few seconds switches it off, but holding it down until the screen says something like “rebooting” did the trick for me.
