650S Residuals

Does anyone know why the 650S residuals seem to be continuing to fall? I thought this was meant to be a step on from the 12C, but at current rate residuals are going to reach par.

12c residuals are also falling, all Mclaren residuals are falling...in fact with the exception of a few supercars, all supercar residuals are falling.

I'd say the % gap between 650s and 12C is as big as it's ever been for the past 3 or so years (about 20%).
