Hi all
I'm now a few weeks into my 570S and loving it - but not the P Zero tyres.
I've moved from a 991 GT3/Cup2s and know I won't get close to that grip but want to find some improvement.
The common view seems to be that Michelin PS4S are the way to go.
As they aren't McLaren approved are others going for Ferrari spec., BMW...? Is there really much difference between the options?

Just get the regular Blackwall version in the factory sizes (don't think they do specific manufacturer 4Ss in Mcl 570S sizes ?)
They make a massive difference and when it get a bit cooler even more marked, I had them on my 570 and now on 720, it feels like they give +40% grip with zero downsides and they last a lot longer. Michelin are way ahead in the tyre game, make the standard PZeros look really ste.

I'll be changing my tyres later this year (720S) and was thinking about the Michelin. Probably a daft question: Are there any warranty implications?

The answer is I don't know but so far my Mclaren Service (Manchester) have been OK with my cat back sports exhaust, I don't think they are like Porsche in this respect.... TBH the tyres are almost a safety issue the PS4S have so much more grip they make the cars much safer on the road.

I have the PS4S on my 570, so much more progressive at the limit of grip and also so much better in the wet.

I have some brand new Mclaren Pirelli Corsas in the garage if anyone wants to buy a set.

Might be interested in them as I have a used set on my 570s and was actually mightily impressed with them. PM me a price

At Silverstone in the heat last week the Corsas did deliver. I’ve always used Cup 2’s on my other cars and would have gone to PS4s when the Corsas gave up but they were better than I thought

The pzero road tyres are the tyres that are not great, the corsas are very good when up to temp.

I have the corsas👍🏻

No warranty issues switching to Michelin, unless you say rub an arch liner as a direct result... but not heard of that being an issue, so no worries.

Sorry have been non stop today. I just tried to email you but your account doesn't permit emails.

I thought I had a full set but I have front Mclaren rated Pirelli Corsa 225/35/19 brand new. I think they are about £220 each new, if you collect you can have them for £250 for the pair.

The rears I have are the normal P Zeros.

I am at J8 M25.

Great value but too wide for 10 inch rims. Cheers
