720s memory seat issues

The memory seat (driver) in my recently acquired 720s seems to... well... have a bad memory shall we say? It typically only applies to the height adjustment with other settings usually recalling ok, however occasionally there are issues with the other settings as well.

Just wondered if this is a common issue?

It's a launch-edition, Sep 2017.

Various niggles exist on the 720s, most of which are resolved by a recent software update.

If this hasn't been done, probably should be your first port of call especially as yours in an early model.

If you interrupt the seat moving it will stop. This includes pressing the starter button.

I'm not interrupting it. It never recalls to the same height (always considerably lower than the position I stored) so I have to raise it up manually. Not a big deal, just annoying!
