Do you mean, key not found?
Hi Justin,No, it was “key found within vehicle” which makes no sense to me at all. If I’d had my phone with me I would’ve take a photo as it stood out as being an odd message.
When I get chance to use the car later in the week I’ll get a photo if it still does it.

Without wishing to state the obvious, you don’t have a spare key in a bag in the frunk? Perhaps you are travelling?
Spare key was at home.Penrhyn said:
Between its last use which didn’t show the message and the one which did only the driver and passenger doors were opened/closed. Car locks OK without sounding horn to show something is open. All doors, hatch and frunk were opened/closed between the two journeys yesterday which were showing the message. Car was locked shortly before the last journey without any door open warning.

Ah, that is very strange. Not seen or heard of that one.. No, it was “key found within vehicle” which makes no sense to me at all. If I’d had my phone with me I would’ve take a photo as it stood out as being an odd message.

Checked the car this morning before going for a drive. Opened and closed all doors, hatch, boot to make sure everything was shut properly.
Started car and within seconds got the "Key found within vehicle message. Kept cancelling the message throughout a 25mile journey and it kept re-appearing. It wasn't being triggered by vibration as it showed the message while in my garage.

Parked for a while, started the engine and get "Horn System Fault". Cancel the fault and it doesn't reappear. 25miles back home and no more errors, not even the key found within vehicle. Turned engine off, restarted and no errors.
Seems I've got weird electrical gremlins
Will see what happens next time it's used, as long as it doesn't leave me stranded I'll live with it while the weather is still nice.

Have you contacted a dealer to see if you're running the latest software version? If not, an upgrade usually sorts most of these issues out.
