Meridian vs Meridian DSP in 12c / 650s

I have seem a really nice example however it only has the standard Meridian Hifi. I am very much into my car audio and was wondering if anyone has heard the difference between these 2 systems. When I heard the DSP system in my friend Mclaren it was absolutely awesome.

A workaround could be to install an active sub and upgrade the speakers in the doors.Has anyone actually done this? Or perhaps retrofit the DSP system from a salvage car but I think it might be a step too far.

With the price difference between cars with and without likely being zero - I’d suggest you find one with the upgraded hifi.

HHmmmm, not sure about this. I have Meridian DSP and it's good but the premium audio in last car (AMV8 Vantage) was better. I would only consider an audio set up as a bonus and wouldn't discount the 'right car' on that basis being a more listen to engine over audio type of bloke. iyswim.
