570s fan on low all the time - is this normal?

Cant seem to find an 'off' button - its a gentle hum from the dash somewhere - is this normal?

In a 650 have to turn the physical knob all the way down to zero. Perhaps the same in the 570 (set fan speed to 0 with the digital slider).

Perhaps it's the power steering pump that you're hearing, it's common.

It maybe the air conditioning ... I have a whistle and switching off the air con but leaving everything else on quietened everything down, right until the moment it got too warm !!
