Vodafone Cobratrak tracker reset

Looks like mine is still asleep after an extended time in “garage mode”. Anyone aware of a reset that can be done short of a trip to service?

Vodafone can usually do it remotely if you call

If it's completely dead then only a dealer hard reset will do it...........been there, done that...annoying.

Or in my case, the last person to service it forgot to reinstall the aerial so no matter what we did no go.

I wondered if you were referring to some tedious disassembly to be done by the dealer.

Don’t know how easily it can be re-set from the dealer w/o messing around i.e. tearing the car apart.

I understand now that it requires disassembly of the footwell to access the tracker and dis-connect it to initiate the hard reset.

It Vodafone have deactivated it that is permanent.
The solution is replacement unit fitted by a McLaren dealer
Or go aftermarket piggy back
