Can you fit the above and retain McLaren warranty? Is there an OE spec michelin? Not a big fan of the Pirelli tbh.

Yes.My main dealer installed them on my 650 - the car is under extended warranty with them.

Pzero - Shocking, particular in cold and wet, death traps
Pzero PZ4 MC - Big improvement but can still be a touch snappy in colder wet conditions.
PS4S - Massive improvement in above conditions and fine to fit to any car without warranty or insurance implications.

Check with a good independent because PS4S`s did not clear the inner wheel arch liners on my previous 675LT... but my current 570S has them and they are fine.

On my 650, they seemed to rub the inside of the arch liner slightly - and it sounded like they touched somewhere else over some bumps. When I bought my current car, AB was a little anti them because he said they rub, and that the fuel line is fairly close to the arch liner on one side.

I will probably still fit them to the current car soon though.

I've fitted PS4's on every car come the first tyre change, definitely would recommend.

I understand the rubbing issue is because for the same quoted width eg 305mm, the Michelin comes out slightly wider in the rubber than the Pirelli does.

That being so, one option is to drop down a width eg 295 when getting Michelins to be sure of clearance.

I don't think it's an issue on 570s, I've only heard of it on 650/675s.
