Had the car in for a major service while there had the wing painted and the alloys. Can't fault Ascot Mclaren they even held the car longer for me so I could collect my wheels and take them home to ceramic coat them. Cate Parker is a good contact she was brilliant.

I just had the big one, 6th year engine dropped etc.

Had mine done at Birmingham and for the Service, MOT and collection and delivery in a covered lorry it cost me £2240.

Obviously isnt cheap but I was expecting worse and keeps the car with a fully Mc history and leaves no room for warranty disputes if ever issues not having it done.

Theyve also got an offer on until the 15th to extend the warranties that brings it down to the same price as 3rd parties I think for those that are wanting to keep their warranty up.

That looks stunning!

On a footnote, the 6th Yr service on my 675 this year at Birmingham was £1350....why is it more expensive on sports series?

Thanks for sharing. This is the car I was going to go and look at to buy, until I discovered my garage door would take 3 months to sort rather than 3 weeks, so it's always great to hear an update on how it's getting on biggrin

Year 6 services on Sports Series includes dropping the fuel tank to replace the charcoal canister I understand, which costs ~£600 by itself on top of the regular 'big' service.
If you happen to reach 20k miles around that time you can add a further £450 for a clutch oil change.

(as per Hatfield, mid last year)
