The Bahraini government fund Mumtalakat have agreed to sell McLaren Automotive to the Abu Dhabi fund CYVN Holdings. CYVN are also taking a minority share in the overall McLaren Group, which includes the F1 team.

"CYVN Holdings’ ... existing strategic investments in NIO Inc., Forseven and Gordon Murray Technologies also bring potential synergies to complement and enhance McLaren’s product strategy."

It's been said for a while that the Bahrainis wanted out, I wonder what the time horizon and plans of CYVN may be.
