Quick question , do McLarens have a hard copy booklet recording Service History , or are details recorded digitally ?

Hard copy.

Can be both.

All servicing, warranty repairs and recalls are recorded digitally so can be accessed by approved dealer network.

Both. You get a nice leather book with slots for service stamps, but McLaren also holds the digital record. If the book is lost, the dealer can reprint history from the factory system.
