While interesting the points about "free" electricity charging is somewhat irrelevant as it cannot last. It's only because there are only a few leccy cars on the roads and it's an encouragement for take up.

Dunno, Tesla have costed it in nicely. They charge for their "free" sites as an upfront payment.

The Leafs, Outlanders and stuff - yeah, that won't last.
