Incredible news, Amazon own a chunk of Rivian so not surprising its gone that way but 100,000 large vans!

FedEx have 185,000 so its quite a chunk.


Probably pretty easy to throw a van body onto their platform too.

Tricky bit is finding 2170 cells to put in them all

Particularly if the vans have 754bhp like the SUV and pickup.

If the Taycan v Model S battle is fun, wait till the pickup truck battle between Rivian and Tesla kicks off in the USA. Space X and Blue Origin already has the fanboys out.

A video published today provides a summary of the argument for Amazon to shift to BEV platforms for its van fleet. Rivian personnel appear on camera and say a number of interesting things.
