Are OLEV grants transferrable?

I have an order placed with a well known EV charger company but - after being really impressed with their online processes - they're really starting to annoy me now.

If I cancel my order and go with someone else, would I have to reapply for the OLEV grant, which AIUI they carried out for me in my behalf?

As far as I understand they can't get the grant until the unit has been fitted as they need to fill out an installation certificate amongst other things as part of the OLEV application. So if you cancel your order, you should be fine.
