Looking to lease an Ioniq full electric - need some advice

So I've done a bit of research and decided to look into leasing a Hyundai Ioniq 38kw Premium SE.
Decided I need around 8,000 miles per year and I'm not really fussed about length of term; though I've noted changing the term does weird things - sometimes the monthly payment goes up the longer you have it, and lower the less time you have it.
Best offer I could see was 326pm - 1 x 47. This is through Stoneacre.
I have nothing to compare this to is this a good deal? Looking through her there appears to be a few folk in the 250-299 area. Have I missed the boat on good deals?

I think the deals were much better at beginning of year.
We went to look at one to replace a 65 plate Leaf.... A sea of cheap grey plastic and grey cloth seats.... Grey paint didnt help! The roof slopes down in the back too, my 15yo is over 6ft so was banging his head all they time. All in all, missus didnt want to even test drive it! Leaf or Golf much better imo

I have a hybrid Premium SE company car. I wanted a Golf but at the time they couldn't be ordered amongst the WLTP nonsense.
I'm not overly enamoured with it but it's not as bad as the post above makes out. The plastics where you actually touch aren't scratchy and the "leather" seats are actually very comfortable.
As a tool to do its job and get a consistent 65mpg+ whilst only costing me around £85 / month in BIK it's acceptable. Things I don't like:
It's slow
Bodywork is incredibly thin / prone to dents
Things I do like:
Heated steering wheel
Heated and cooled seats
Brilliant headlights
Gearbox can be operated from paddles or shifter, it's quite fun off the lights up to about 40
It's very cheap motoring, but it doesn't feel as bad as a modern Ford / Vauxhall

I'd take a peak at the site just called "leasing" - they aggregate from a variety of suppliers. I've had three cars via here and each one was a pretty good deal when compared to other sites / aggregators..
Much of it is about whether you want to pay more or less up front (the term doesn't have the influence it sometimes feels like it should) - and be very familiar with the spec you want before you search - otherwise that "cheap" deal suddenly wont be.
One last thing - think about additional costs appearing over time. at 2 years, the car will have had just one service and probably no new tyres, at 3 years, 2 services and possibly a couple of tyres. At 4 years, 3 services, MOT, tyres etc etc..
