Electric Fiat 500
Discussion
So I was looking at the specs of this car and I was wondering what Fiat was thinking.
The numbers don't add up at all, it's more expensive than the Mini with worse specs all round.
Am I missing a trick here? I always picture the 500 as a cheap and cheerful alternative to the German MINI.

It's probably the "launch edition" price that threw me off a bit.
A properly equipped MINI can add up the options for sure
.
35k EUR... for a fiat 500. Still find it hard to believe. Bit disappointed about the power numbers as well.
I know it's not a competition for the e208, but at those price points I'd find it impossible to justify over the e208.
On the other hand, is this the first readily available convertible EV after the Tesla Roadster?

Yeah there's talk of the entry level models being around £21,000 including the UK grant. Sounds like it should be cheaper than both the Mini and Honda rivals, while still offering a bigger battery than both.
As range seems to be the overriding complaint leveled at it's two rivals it should make for a pretty interesting alternative.

kton for their CO2 credits, but didn't know that they openly hated EVs.
