Seems like BP app is down

They really seem to struggle with technology at BP.
I've been having trouble even logging into my account for 3 months.
They say they reply to emails in 3-4 days but normally take 2-3 weeks to reply.

Absolutely shocking excuse for a charging network, I actively avoid using them. The government needs to get a handle on the situation, rather than relying on private companies to sort it out on their own.

When I first got my Zoe June 2020 I found them decent enough and with BP buying them at the time I (wrongly) assumed the reliability would increase and BP would start rolling the chargers out to some of their petrol stations, however instead the service and reliability has gone down hill.

So this simply takes all BP chargemasters out of action nationwide!

Will that Tesla driver with a Jerry can on his dash driving around petrol stations with queues taunting them now be doing the same jest with EVs

Oddly enough last time I used a BP Chargemaster unit (Co-Op petrol station just of the M6 by Sandbach) I had to wait for a Tesla M3 to finish (tbh I have no issues with that - yes there might be a reliable charging network for them, but if you've got to head 5-10+ miles up a motorway, then back after, then is it that useful ...)
