Bought an MG EV end of last year. By January it would not charge, and has defective seatbelts and now a broken wheel bearing. Car is less than 6 months old.
MG will take it back to repair. If this fails can I reject the car?
Anyone else with similar problems with MG?

If you pop over to the MG EVs forum there's some dealers on there too who can be pretty helpful.

Give them a chance to fix it, none of that actually sounds too bad

they can simpy fit new s/belts, and a new wheel bearing, and the failure to charge will be either a minor issue (loom, contacts etc) or a s/w issue.

If they can't fix it, or the problems re-appear, yes, then reject the car. When you pick it up after the fix, make sure you tell them in writing that you are only accepting the car back to validate the repairs, and if the car is still broken you will be rejecting it.
