EV card for company fleet

I'm looking at the best solution for our company car drivers for EV charging. Our fleet is ~500 cars, and we travel above average mileage, nationally, and therefore need flexibility.

I'm aware there isn't yet a card which has the flexibility of say the Allstar card in the UK, so I'm wondering if we should allow people to use their own credit cards and claim back, rather than explore a single card that is limited to say 10,000 charge points such as a Shell or BP. Ideas welcomed.

Just had the "electric universe" card through the post via Octopus. it suggests +300k public chargers (Europe), but not sure on it's viability for businesses.
