Citroen C5 Air cross PHEV - won't charge from mains

Hi all. 8 months or so at 5.5k miles but when I plugged it in via 3 pin plug, it's not charging.

Anyone else had this and how did they fix please?

Can't find anything in the manual. Cheers

Whilst not the Citroen specifically, have you tried other outlets, possibly even another hosuehold's supply to test? If you can rule out the supply, then have you got access to another EVSE to try?

If/When the EVSE detects a supply fault (bad earth, leakage issues, etc) then it won't charge. This could be the fault of the EVSE, but also the supply.

We had a similar problem with our Passat PHEV and the fault ultimately was the EVSE.

Has it charged in the past or is this the first time?

charges at public chargers?

charge timer set? either on the car/app/charger unit?

I'm rather embarrassed but discovered I hadn't plugged it all the way in which tripped the outdoor plug...
