So if you have some experience of or opinions on any of the below, among many other questions listed, then write in:
What is your assessment of the current second-hand EV market?
How prepared are car dealerships, service networks, repairs and maintenance organisations, breakdown services and aftermarket suppliers to meet the growing EV uptake?
How does the charging infrastructure for EVs need to develop to meet the 2030 target?
Are there further benefits, aside from financial, that a consumer may gain from EV use?
What are the issues facing rural residents, urban residents, and sub-urban residents and how do they differ?
Are consumers charged higher rates of insurance for an EV when compared to an internal combustion engine (ICE) vehicle?

That's exactly the sort of thing this exercise is supposed to identify and counter. It's not a public opinion poll, no one cares if people like the policy, it's all about how to best carry out that policy in a practical manner. Putting a mechanism in place to prevent public incentive monies getting rolled into private company profits should indeed be looked at.I fear however the OP is thinking more along the lines of giving his opinion on the policy... which isn't evidence and isn't of use to anyone.
