MG advertising hybrid EV over pure EV

Just noticed the latest MG advert extolling the virtues of hybrid over EV (you know - range anxiety, saving a few pennies around town - their words not mine).
Has the pure EV bubble truly burst?
Not just MG but noticed Hyundai too.

It's probably something to do with the MG3 they've just launched, which is a hybrid.

Good for some, not for others. Like most cars.
ICE, hybrid and EV all have their place. Choose wisely (but most on here will eventually end up with an EV - although it may take a while).
