Enyaq IV80 Bluetooth

Bluetooth decided to switch off today and I can’t get it back on for love nor money. Even using wired apple carplay it won’t accept calls through speakers.

Anyone had similar?

Have you tried the full switch off and on again pressing the power button for 10 seconds till the screen fully powers down?
