Hi,

In passing I saw the rear of a very small car yesterday. From the rear I was convinced it was a Twizy, I've owned one in the past so it was very recognizable to me.
However, where the Renault logo should be it looked like there was a hatch, with a prominent round sticker on that portrayed a plug.
Did I miss an obvious Twizy clone somewhere?

Cars I looked into and excluded:
  • Mobilize Duo
  • XEV YOYO
  • Eli Zero
  • Carver
Looking into other similar cars, I'm more and more convinced it was a modified Twizy. It also looked quite red as opposed to the Twizy orange, a color I can't remember seeing on any of them.

Just saw it again yesterday, it was a Mobilize Duo. The logo on the back is just a "diameter" symbol O, Ø.

I don't really understand what Renault is doing with the branding here. Afaik the Twizy was loved by a lot of its owners.

Interesting as the Mobilize Duo has been canned, I guess you saw a pre-production version!

It was a middle aged woman doing her weekly shopping in it, putting it on the back seat. It had livery for a car sharing company that eludes me. I parked right next to it so had a good look. If I know it was such a rare spot I would have snapped a picture.
My thoughts was that they maybe canned it for private users but sold them in bulk to car sharing companies?
