Cupra dealers and air con work?

Has anyone else experienced that only a few Cupra dealers can work on the CO2/R744 based aircon system which my Cupra Born has?
I have a coolant leak which is from the ac heat exchanger. So it needs to be de-gassed and re-gassed and the dealer who is nearest to me had it today can't do it.
Not found another dealer who can definitively do it yet. Cupra cust services suggested Twickenham, but they can't. So I'll go back to them tomorrow. Just wondered if it was rare for Cupra dealers to be able to do this?
My temptation is to ask CS to just get it sorted, but I suspect that will be like guiding a lot of water uphill. If the leak was worse I could get it recovered. Lasts about 400 miles atm between fills!
