EV Chargers - Any incentives / Discounts?

I’m moving soon so will have the space to get a home charger.

Is there any incentives / grants / discounts available at the moment?

I already have a newish PHEV so no option to swap that in the next 14 months to get one with a new car etc.

Isn't there a £500 government grant (up from £350) for renters, landlords etc? Not entirely sure of eligibility - look it up.
