I’m using my folks Nissan leaf to pick them up from Bristol airport soon from my place in Hampshire

I notice at cribbs causeway and just around the corner there are a couple of Tesla super chargers that say they have type 2 connections

Is a Tesla type 2 a standard thing that will work on the gen 2 leaf with a type 2 socket

The reason for asking is zap map allows you to filter and they have “Tesla type 2”

Sure there are other chargers, it’s more curiosity I guess

Failing that there is a cheap chademo nearby

Surely Type 2 = AC charging = max ~7kW on a Leaf? So unless their flight is very delayed, unlikely to add meaningful charge?

There are quite a few Tesla 'destination chargers' eg for overnight charging at hotels I think, likely these?

Older Tesla SC have a Type 2 socket but they are DC chargers and wouldn't work with any other none Tesla.
