Octopus integration with Hypervolt

Hi,
I am new to this forum so please forgive me if I am going back over old ground.
I have recently taken delivery of a Audi Q5 Hybrid and cannot get the Octopus App to integrate with the Hypervolt app (Pro 3). TBH, Octopus support has been poor.
I think I have tried everything, but unless I'm missing something being new to EV, there is something technically wrong with the Octopus app.
The car has charged but I don't think the charger has used the Smart tariff (£3.58 for 24 KW) and I cannot see any integration to Octopus anywhere in the Hypervolt app.
Octopus has sent me these instructions 3 times. I have removed both apps and reinstalled to no avail.
1 Open the Octopus Energy app and go to the ‘Devices’ tab.
2Tap ‘Add device’ and select ‘Electric vehicle’.
3 Make sure your EV is plugged in at home but not charging.
4 Select your EV make and model.
5 From the dropdown menu, choose ‘Hypervolt’ and then your specific charger model.
6 Agree to the terms and conditions.
7 Sign in to your Hypervolt account when prompted.
8 Select the charger you want to link and tap ‘Continue’.
I never get to the 7th option to connect the HV app, even though the Octopus shows the car in Device.
Has anybody else had the same issue and if so, please can you share the solution.
