"Fully-loaded" small EVs - why aren't there any?

I'm currently looking for a small (narrow) EV that has all the "extras" that I'm used to on my top-spec Kia EV3:
Heated seats and steering wheel
360 cameras
Power tailgate
HUD
V2L
Sub 10 seconds to 60
Every small car that I look at is missing several of these features. I can't find anything that's appreciably narrower than the EV3 (1850mm).
I could lose the power tailgate and HUD, but everything else is now standard fare on family cars. Why not on "city" cars?

Tell me any Petrol/Diesel small car that has all of them (Apart from V2L obviously). I suspect the answer is none or not far off.Heated seats and steering wheel

Top spec Picanto had most of the kit, and that was tiny. Presumably Hyundai did the i10 in similar spec?Even leaving off 360 cameras (I guess not really needed on a tiny car), HUD and power tailgate, I can't find anything:
Inster was probably the closest EV to meeting my requirements, but they have now dropped V2L as an option for MY27.
Dolphin Surf doesn't have heated steering wheel
Honda Super N doesn't have V2L
The new Spring doesn't have heated seats or steering wheel
Twingo is too slow
Going a bit bigger, the R5 comes close (as long as you can live with yellow seats), but it's only 3" narrower than the EV3.
EV2 is even wider than the R5, and loses a lot of kit (and power) compared to the EV3.
Maybe I need to wait and see what Kia do with the EV1 (Picanto replacement)

It doesn't need to be "cheap" for me. I'd happily spend a few grand more to get the toys. I get the choice on slightly bigger cars, why not on small ones?I paid £9k over the base model for my top spec EV3. I'd do the same with a small car.

EV2 and Ioniq3 are both only 2" narrower than the EV3
R4 and Born are slightly wider than the EV2
It might seem an odd thing to worry about, but wide cars make driving on the narrow country roads down here in Cornwall a bit of a pain, particularly when the kerb is actually an overgrown stone wall, and the centre lines are worn out.
Why are even super minis now wider than a Ford Granada?
I had a test drive in the Honda Super N on Saturday, and it was so much easier to drive on the back roads, being just 1573mm wide. Other half has got an Inster (1610mm wide), and that is great too.
Either one of them would be ideal for me, except they don't do V2L.
(The Super N also makes stupid fake engine noises, but that's a different issue).

If you did find a high spec little car it would almost certainly have something daft like 20” alloys and they’d be diamond cut too. I’ve walked away from cars with those.
What’s the use case that makes V2L important? Daughter has it on her car and used an air fryer on a picnic, which apparently impressed onlookers!

V2L was an option on MY26 Inster, but it has been dropped on MY27.It looks like Hyundai have updated the spec list, but hasn't updated the brochure yet.
I've just phoned the local dealer, and that's correct - no V2L on the latest cars, and heat pump now an option.
We've used V2L on my EV3 several times during power cuts (extension lead through the porch window), and it's not something I'd want to be without. Being able to make a cuppa and keep the Internet and telly alive makes power cuts much more bearable. Well worth having, even if it's a £500 option (like it used to be on the Inster).
Having an emergency power supply that can run stuff for days is great.
