acceptable time to fit stickers..

Ok guys,

I've got a bunch of stickers here from Hollographics, no real theme just LM2011 dates, outline of the circuit for the bonnet, some GULF lemans ones for the doors but when is an acceptable time to put them on your cars?

A week before, mere days?

Your opinions folks ? =]

this weekend!!!! My big date ones from Hollographics (LM242011) went on last weekend. The big circuit one goes on the rear window this weekend and if my Pistonheads stickers turn up today then they will also go on :-) get it done, you know you want too

Going in my brother's Clio.

We've got the full Clio Cup Racer graphics and about a dozen other stickers to go on.

We were thinking of doing it the day before we leave (Wednesday 8th), but we may have to start it on the weekend thinking about it now lol.

As soon as I receive my PH bundle they'll go on along with the Hollographics stuff, so sometime early next week, I hope....

I had this on my car for best part of 3 weeks before Le Mans, just be prepared to get a lot of attention be it negative/positive.

Used everyday on the run up to Le mans too : ) It stood out quite a bit at the office car park haha

I think the RAF roundels are great. I would have gone for those but as I'm taking the company BMW (due to Mrs SB24 coming along) I thought it would be bad form.

Unfortunately Holographics don't do swastikas...

Just going with a couple of big fk off Smileys and a few other bits. Problem is I have a meeting at our head office next week. Do I sticker up this weekend and turn up fully turned out for LM?

All my stickers have arrived so Im doing mine this weekend, photo's to follow.

And yes the car is my family every day car, mainly used by my wife to take my daughter to ballet, yes its gets attention and quizzical looks and the odd question or two.

Get em on now! mine have been on for while. Do get some funny looks and the odd boy racer who want to do battle.

Back in 2009 I did my Leon mid May ready for June. It was a company car but I'd made sure the weeks leading upto Le Mans were fairly quiet. Anyway the week before we went we had 2 Indian chaps over out the blue and I had to take them round a few key contracts in a car with gay pride stickers on and PH toxicated stickers on the boot.....oh and White viper stripes!!!!

Does anyone know where I can get the TVR union jack for the boot because I have mailed Hollographics and their web pages dont appear to be doing that sticker this year, nor the bespoke ones they did last year. LM just wouldnt be the same without my car stickered up

Should be able to get somebody to make a custom job up..

I think ill give the car a wash tomorrow and get stickered up.. itching

I've had my stickers on 2 wks now. Red celica covered in White tear stickers and sponsorship. Having to use it everyday and it draws lots of attention! But great fun seeing how people react!

Whack stickers on and make the most of it, Le mans is sadly only a few days long. Make the most of it!
