Just a tip for anyone catching the Normandy Express on the Monday evening;
Get a decent start in the morning and detour to a place called Blainville sur Mer, there's a fab beachside restaurant (more of a hut) called La Cale that serves great seafood and BBQ stuff if you can face any more plus a pretty decent beer/cider/ list as well. On a nice day, it's one of my favourite places to be for lunch and a million miles from the crazy place you'll have been for the previous few days! Easy run up to the ferry afterwards via whatever supermarkets you like.
Postcode is 50560 and 150 miles from LM. Maybe see some of you there.

Wow, that's made me properly jealous now.
One of my gang was properly unwell so dumped him on the couch at my parents place and wandered into their village for lunch (closer to the patient if he needed us!).
Really pleased you enjoyed it, photos are great. Even the 'normally suspicious of everything to do with cars' darling wife very impressed
