I've been to this a few times, usually at about 11 in the morning.
It's pretty busy then but it just seems to make sense to do that first then get out and about.
However what is it like later on in the day? Quieter? And very importantly are the pretty ladies still around?

most of the drivers will be at the parade so it will be very quiet apart from the crews doing last minute stuff. Girlies will be gracing the cars in the parade.

We've been in the pits on the Thursday the last couple of years, far less busy! But it's never advertised as being open?

Is the Parade worth the look?

I missed the opportunity to go last year, but looking to get the shuttle into LeMans town and check it out.

When's best to go and where is best to watch? (with the best ale, also - of course) smile

Cheers

Its fab do it! Can't remember the times, but last year the lads I went with (hi Daz) knew that if you bought a ticket from the pretty girls on the desk at the le mans museum you got a free return on the tram, which we used to go to the town for the parade. The museum was great too.

That evening I seem to remember some of our party eating the local speciality, uncooked sausage. Yuk.
