We will be arriving in Dunkirk at about 16:30, so arriving on le mans about 5 hours later.
By the time we arrive the local supermarkets will be shut.
Last year we took a detour somewhere in the Calais area but it took a while.
Are there any places just a short hop from the peage that anyone could reccomend.
I have a satnav this year and have found a few in the Rouen area but it's difficult to determine if they are a quick stop or a traffic nightmare!

If you use the D438 (old n138) after rouen you can get supplies at either Bernay or Gaz, for Bernay where we always stop just take the road straight through the town rather than use the bypass, large hypermarket is on yor right it also has the cheapest petrol.

Come off the motorway at Alecon Sud and head back into Alencon. Massive hypermarket within a couple of minutes of the autoroute

Why note go to the Auchon in Dunkirk? I've been there many times and there's plenty of 1664 and Stella to collect.
