OK, here's my conundrum, no one at home the slightest bit interested so maybe you chaps might be?

Three up in a car with camping kit, overnight to Normandy, collect trailer from family, stop off en-route to load said trailer with 'supplies' for the long weekend ahead, drop off trailer on way back to port.

Do I take;

Range Rover Sport Diesel - Will easily swallow all the kit and the sensible option, or

Jaguar 4.2 S Type - More cramped, will need to put the roofbox on as well....but it's a V8.

Decisions, decisions confused

Range Rover!

Tons of space to chill out and etc. Is it HSE with the fridge in the centre or not? Cold Beer!(or more slightly not warm perhaps)

I'd much rather be in that than the jag like a tin of sardines and having everything burried and unable to find.

I have a Jaguar 4.2 V8 S-Type and my son has a RR TDI. We've used one of these to go to Le Mans and Le Classics for several years now. Difficult call, but maybe the RR for extra space etc (we sleep in the car at the circuit) and also it's a diesel so beter MPG.
