An idiots guide to Le Mans?

Any such thing kicking about, got a few friends wanting to do the 2012 event, be good to get an idea on where camp sites are, viewpoints, routines/rituals etc?

Beermountain is also good IMHO and Stephen and to a much lesser degree I will also produce a guide to the cars and teams for the race(I presume) We are talking already about a guide to Silverstone in September
