Guess there's probably some more entries in the pipeline, but IIRC there are 6 Plateaus (grouped by age/performance) and each Plateau has 50 - 60 cars in....So, 300 to 360 competitors.
I'm sure lowdrag will be along soon and give a better answer.
It is also about the machinery in the parking & camping areas as well - a veritable feast for petrolheads.
