White Rabbit this year?

Is anyone on here signed up with White Rabbit Racing this year? I'm really hoping they're doing the usual offering and have space but I've managed to lock myself out of their forum and I'm not getting any replies to my emails to the "adventures" email address.

Would really appreciate any help getting in touch 'cos I've left it late this year and want to get everything nailed down

We've a pending reservation with WRR for some weeks, with no confirmation or acceptance of payment.... we're not sure what's happening ourselves!

It would be good to know what the latest is on camping bookings. We entered a booking way back on 6th Feb and have heard nothing since.

Hi Rob, we're in a similar position, looking to pay for 6 pitches and getting a bit twitchy as we're in charge of getting 18 people booked in...

My best mans user name is Waylandsmithy, he's put the booking through.

We like the look of the WRR setup but it could go Team Langoustine if it gets left much longer :-(

Looks like they're in trouble. Another reason to only booked direct with ACO or with reputable accredited agencies.

Notice of Stepping Down
As of today i will no longer be a contact for White Rabbit Racing for events. I have had a great time working at the events as well as meeting and enjoying a beer or two with many of you.

I thank Guy for the behind the scenes work that has gone on in the past but feel it is time to move on.

I share your frustration. We've been ACO members for years, but still get tickets through Brian at 1st, coz there isn't a snowball's chance in hell that we're guaranteed getting what we want direct from ACO.

The other thing we we do is book one space more than we require, as it's always going to be easier to offload a space than to get an adjacent one at the 11th hour.

Just to clear something up,

White Rabbit Racing is owned and run by Guy, I (Rob) from WRR Forums have never been employed by WRR. I helped out with events and other things as and when I could. I have stepped down due to personal reasons, please do not read more into that than what it is.

As for LM this year, that is and was something totally out of my control.

Fortunately I just found out that we have a block of 3 pitches on Bleu Nord, so all is not lost.

Terrible shame. Groups like WRR are a refreshing middle ground between public mayhem and clinical corporate companies. Best of luck for Guy to get something together for 2013.
I hope those that were looking to book with WRR get something sorted soon.
There are still bits and pieces out there.
