WARNING -Be careful before signing for any UPS delivered mail for tickets delivered by the ACO. I signed for a UPS express envelope on the 19th April 2012 with what I thought was my order placed on the ACO on December, 18th 2011 for 2 General Entry Tickets and 1 Green Parking Ticket. Unfortunately, the 2 General Entry Tickets were not included and since then I have made approximately 12 telephone calls and numerous e-mails which have received no response whatsoever. Regarding the telephone calls, I have been connected on 3 occassions and have spoken to a female by the name of Caroline, who has painted a tale of woe and basically said they are under so much pressure, that they are finding it very difficult to cope with the volume of work. Today I made yet another telephone call and spoke to Caroline who informed me that her colleague was dealing with the problem, as she said the previous time I spoke to her, at the end of this conversation I said I don't think I will receive the tickets and her response was MAYBE!

This is not the first time I hear somebody complaining about missing tickets... Not good. Not good at all. Hope yours will arrive in time!
