Just completed this blog of mine weeks before some of us head out again for the annual pilgrimage to what is the greatest sporting event in the world (well, in my books anyhow and probably most people on the forum).

So to get you in the mood of the upcoming 2012 Le Mans 24 hour race, here is the link to my blog from last year. It is less about the actual racing, more a layman's view regarding the atmosphere I experienced while at Le Mans for my first time ...

I still have my Westfield stickered up from last year, but due to various reasons its not happening this year.

My first was in 2008 and when I returned I wrote an article to music describing the trip. I started with "At 6pm Wednesday night I jumped into the "Drivers Seat"" which is Sniffin the Tears song and told my story in music. Last year was my friends first trip and I made a commerative CD in a similar fashion with a story of events and pictures to accompany the music for him.

Roll on next year for me.

We did have seperate tents so it wasnt that "special"

That plate on the car, is a standard plate.... Any offers to purchase it would be gladly appreciated... haha

Someone came up to me at Le Mans last year and asked me how much I paid for the plate, I replied "Seriously, would you pay for that plate".... haha
