Test day

Does anyone know how easy it is to get to various viewing points around the circuit, like Arnage, Indianapolis, Mulsanne bend and the Dunlop bridge. Can they be easily accessed by car from roads surrounding the circuit?

Yes is the answer, but the title of your question suggests this is not the correct answer to this question.

That's what I've planned. Doing this on the Friday and Saturday,

I've not been to a test day, but I'd expect getting around is actually easier than during the race? During the race Arnage and Mulsanne corners have their own car parks, and Parking Rouge has a bridge that enters the circuit right next to the Dunlop Bridge. Have you checked the ACO site?
