Houx Unallocated Camping

Hi Everyone.

Going to Le Mans 24hr this year for the second time and campign in Houx unallocated. Does anyone know how many pitches there are unallocated in Houx and the chances of getting 5 together (going down early doors on Tuesday morning, hopefully in camp by mid afternoon). I've seen that map knocking about on TVR club website but wondered if anyone knew from experience?

On Tuesday you should have the pick of the spots.

Yep, we went down Weds PM last year and probably 90% of the unallocated plots were free. The staff on the gates will probably try to direct you to a plot but feel free to ignore them once they've toddled off - that's what we did as they picked a space full of broken glass and tree stumps for us!

Yup, agree with all the above. We arrived on Thursday last year and got 3 together, no problem.
