My neighbour just dropped in to say his son is moving out and he has a flat to rent for the 24 hours. Now I've no idea of current rates but I did point out that B&B here is 50€ per night, so a maximum for 2 people of, say, 250€. If anyone is interested pleas email me. It's probably too late now anyway but just a head's up in case.

ETA I forgot to say about 5 miles from Mulsanne bend.
