In the spirit of keeping things interesting, we've bought a trio of Mk1 Clios to include in our group this year so if you see them, give us a wave!

They should always be nose to tail, will be fitted with the requisite 'bad-boy' exhausts, sound/pa systems and disco lights. Appropriate grahics and messages being applied this weekend.

We'll happily cause a disturbance if we see anyone with a real car getting 'interviewed' at the roadside, a free distraction technique! Obviously, we're unable to break any speed limits (which is good!) and are happy to assist in keeping the local economy going in our hunt for spare parts! Our total spend for the three including getting them road legal is less than £1500 so puts our normal steeds to shame.

Think Italian Job with a French theme and you'll get the idea. We're with TL lowering the tone and will be running down from Dieppe/Le Havre on the Thursday morning.

Smile and wave as you pass!

....and the owner was so pleased that when I picked it up, the blue one was going to a good home!

The temptation to 'gendarmerie' the car is huge but I suspect that would be a step too far!

And ONE tank of derv for the Rangie....£120.
