Le Mans playlist
Discussion
Anyone else going to be putting together a Le Mans playlist for the trip down?
I will be. Pride of place on mine goes to She Sells Sanctuary by The Cult - not so much out of musical preference, but because I find it synonymous with the circuit after three years of listen to Radio Le Mans!

A good playlist is essential! I do a new one every year, rules are:
- Maximum of one track for each band
- No repeating tracks from previous years
- Minimum of 100 tracks (c6hrs play time)
- Mix in plenty of oddities, idents etc to make it interesting
- No skipping tracks!
Can't wait - two weeks from now I'll be in Paris for our 'stopover' on the way down.

I always add a few songs which are guaranteed to piss my passengers off
Things like "The wheels on the bus" and "It's a small world" (a Disney classic !!). I may have to add the goat herd song from the Sound of Music this year
I was considering the Turisas cover of Rasputin by Boney M. And I don't even have any passengers to subject it to.
