Anyone wanting to bring a bit of the le mans experience to their summer BBQs would do worse than to try Morrisons African style merguez sausages.

I got some today and were pretty close to the ones you get in France. Of course for maximum authenticity there should be a 4am dash across an open field to find the nearest bog.

Can I recommend eating them medium-rare, its the only authentic way.
